- Start e-mail application "Microsoft Office Outlook".
Start -> Programs -> Microsoft Office -> Microsoft Office Outlook
- Select menu item Tools -> E-mail Accounts

- Select 'Add a new e-mail account' and click "Next" button.

- Check the box POP3 (Connect to a POP3 e-mail server to download your e-mail). Click "Next" button.

- Fill in the following information in required fields:
User Information "Your Name" - enter user's name and surname or company name, which will identify messages sent by you. "E-mail Address" - enter your e-mail address, for example: name@yourdomain.lt.
Server Information
Incoming mail server (POP3) - enter the incoming e-mail server name mail.names.lt
Outgoing mail server (SMTP) - enter the outgoing e-mail server mail.names.lt
Login Information
"User Name" - type your full e-mail mailbox user name (name@yourdomain.lt) "Password" -
type your e-mail password and check the box "Remember password". Then click the button "More settings".

- Click the tab "Outgoing Server".
ATTENTION:: it is necessary to check the box "
My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". Click "OK" and then "Next" and "Finish" in the next window.

Your e-mail mailbox is configured. Good-luck using it. |
